All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation and delivery according to your requested time.

For orders placed within less than 24 hours, they will be processed based on our available schedule. In such cases, delivery timing will depend on the production schedule, selected available slot or any applicable delivery charges. Thank you for your understanding!

• Freshly baked cakes and cupcakes are available to deliver by our own trained drivers, on your chosen delivery date.
• All cakes are delivered in proper box packaging and bags.
• Delivering is very unpredictable due to congestion of traffic. All cakes will be delivered on your chosen delivery date and time. If you require your cake before a specified time you must choose a delivery date for the day before.
• While our dedicated team aims for the best service, unexpected situations can happen, much like when you pick up orders yourself. Please understand that we can’t be responsible for any damage or loss during delivery, and refunds aren’t applicable.
• Cakes are delicate and require careful handling. While we ensure safe packaging and handling, slight damage during delivery may occur. In such cases, we cannot accept responsibility.
• By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these conditions. Thank you for your understanding!  When placing an order for delivery, please be sure to provide a telephone number on which our rider can contact you or the recipient, should there be any problems in delivering the order.

Overnight shipping is available throughout the week for an additional charge. Overnight shipping and shipments to Lahore or surrounding cities are available for an additional charge. Please call for rates and information.
